The first quarter of 2014 has passed so quickly we feel that we've neglected our own news feed somewhat!
We have, quite literally, been inundated with new clients requiring bespoke social media training and choosing us as their provider.
We're delighted that our service levels have brought so many of these clients to us from major brand referrals. There is nothing better than knowing your service is being recommended to others by existing clients due to their satisfaction levels.
It would be impossible for us to summarise the entire first quarter without writing one of our Operations Directors famously long essays (sorry!), so we'll stick to just a few:
We've worked with Teeuplo, an exciting new website for golfers to review their experiences of golf clubs and are pleased to see them tee off to such a quick start (pun intended). We've worked with The R&A before of course, looking at Twitter for The Open Championship, so golf is a sport we understand well from a social media perspective.
We've delivered a UK wide bespoke social media training schedule for the Academy of Music and Sound, touring 5 centres from North to South and still managing to have very little musical prowess ourselves at the end of it!
Darlington Leisure Services, part of Darlington Borough Council, were another stop for 2 days of training to look at social media in general with their team.
We also delivered more tailored social media training at the world famous Guys Hospital in London, specifically with the Allergy Academy.
Further North, we trained Leicester Fire and Rescue Services on a variety of social media platforms, again in the tailored format our social media training has become most well known for.
We've worked with yet more Borough Councils across the country, the team at Warner Leisure (their country hotels are fabulous) in Hemel Hempstead, The eaga Trust on our own doorstep in Newcastle upon Tyne and no less than 4 major retail groups - all in the first 3 months!
Add to that over 20 SME's as new clients, all of whom recognise the value of truly custom social media training for their teams, and it is reasonable to say this has been a rather hectic period.
That's without our existing clients who retain us for consultancy, ongoing training, strategy and policy even being mentioned so far.
So finally we'd like to thank you all. Our training wouldn't have the reputation it does if it wasn't for our clients working with us to allow us to provide them with the service levels we do.
The next quarter is looking even busier and we're already taking bookings well into July (and even one for September). However, we'll try to provide an update on what is happening here before those 3 months are up!
