Cancellation Policy

 

SMT UK put considerable effort into the research of a client market/sector prior to course delivery. All courses are tailored to your requirements. Subsequently, our cancellation policy has to take into account the implications of late course cancellation or rearrangement.

By placing an order with SMT UK you are bound by the following policy in respect of course cancellation:

  1. Cancellation of a course within 7 days of the arranged date of training delivery is ineligible for course rearrangement or refund. In the event that a course is cancelled within this period and you wish to rearrange delivery, you accept that:

    1. Course fees already paid or due cannot be refunded/must be settled in full

    2. You will be invoiced a further 50% of the course fee for rearrangement


  2. Cancellation of a course between 8-16 days of the arranged date of training delivery will result in you being responsible for the reimbursement of any pre-booked travel and/or accommodation costs

  3. Cancellation/postponement of a course between 17-20 days of the arranged date of delivery will incur a 10% administration fee.

  4. Courses can be rearranged/cancelled up to 21 days in advance of the date of training delivery without penalty.

  5. No refunds, part or full, can be given in the event that delegates do not attend training or that a venue is unavailable on the arranged date of training delivery.
